Franchot Thompson, PT - Owner of Therapy Contracting Services
With over 20 years of experience in patient care and staff management, Franchot Thompson, PT, leads TCS with a commitment to delivering safe, effective, and efficient care. A seasoned professional skilled in managing interdisciplinary treatment plans, Franchot works closely with physicians, prosthetists, orthotists, nurses, OTs/COTAs, SLPs/SLPAs, PTs/PTAs, and DME representatives to ensure comprehensive care for patients with diverse needs.
Growing up in a small Tennessee town, Franchot developed a strong connection with the geriatric community. After earning degrees in Health Care Administration and Physical Therapy from Texas State University, he gained extensive experience across hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and rehab hospitals. These experiences shaped his vision of making healthcare accessible and impactful for all.

Therapy Contracting Services (TCS) was founded in 2006 with a mission to bring high-quality therapy directly to patients’ homes, making it easier for those who face barriers to receive effective rehabilitation. Since then, TCS has grown to serve patients across Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, partnering with home health agencies and expanding our team of licensed therapists. We specialize in physical, occupational, and speech therapy, all delivered in the comfort of the patient’s home, where care is accessible, convenient, and tailored to individual needs.
